Thought these would be great, as my sonand husband love their boots but it was a "no" for me! Fit was too large, usuaully a true 9 and directions said to order down for half sizes, well a 9 felt way too big. More importantly, where the leather upper and rubber bottom met, they were really rough & rubbed on inside (one boot). Not sure how this pair made it out for shipment.
These are great boots. I was looking for a pair of boots that I could do extensive walking in. I walk at least two or three miles a day, and wanted boots I could walk in comfortably when there is ice and snow on the ground. These boots are it!
I would sleep in these if my husband let me! I wear these all day - it's like cruising around is waterproof slippers. Very comfortable, warm, and stylish. I coach ice hockey and my feet stay toasty in the coldest of rinks. Might even try gardening in them this summer. :) Now that is sexy!
Great product. We were in sub zero conditions for two week and my feet never felt cold and the boots were completely waterproof. I even used them with my snowshoes and they worked perfectly. I only wish they were easier to lace up. I think they could be improved by putting lacing clips on the top three lacing points instead of the holes. Otherwise, this are the perfect winter boot worn with either light or mid-weight socks.
