I purchased this boot for PA winters. I normally wear a 6.5 and ordered a 7 not realizing how generous it was. However, I did not have time to return it because we were hit with a snow storm the next day. This shoe kept my feet warm without socks. Even jumping in icy puddles, my feet were dry. I have worn this shoe over half a dozen times now and I am still amazed at how it has performed.
The shearling lining warms and comforts like there's no tomorrow. These boots are the best buy of the season...I put my vanity on hold and ordered a wide size, which allows plenty of room for a winter weight wooly sock...combine that with the boot itself and I know nothing about cold feet or pinched toes. For long, comfortable walks on the winter trails... I highly recommend!
Great boots. I received these just in time for a snow storm. They were comfortable from the start and kept my feet warm while providing plenty of traction.
We live in the country, where snowdrifts accumulate. I wore these boots to wade through the drifts, as well as through slushy, wet snow in order to feed the livestock. My feet stayed warm and dry. After chores were done I wore them to school, where I teach first grade, and received compliments from teachers and students, alike!
