ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I bought these because they looked comfy and cute. After receiving them in the mail, I couldn't be happier. I think Uggs have been out of style for a couple of years now, and these boots are so trendy and a perfect alternative for someone looking for comfy boots. I am normally an 8, and I purchased a 7. They fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this product. I am not using these boots for shoveling snow, but they would definitely do the trick!
These feel awesome, now that I've ordered a whole size down. (Beans was very quick and easy w the exchange) Of course there has been no minus zero weather to test them yet. Instructions to turn them down to a shorter boot look very odd, but I have no need to do so. I wish there was a black option.
These were a 21st birthday present for my first REAL winter...I'm originally from Atlanta, GA but just transferred to a college in Iowa. They are also my very first pair of bean boots!!! Woohoo!
They definitely seem to be durable: rubber bottom, great tread, thick shoe strings, thick shearling....I am more than excited to wear these for my first winter that will consistently be below freezing, or zero. With these I will face the cold and snow head on, and not destroy my uggs, which are house slippers compared to these bad boys. ;)
Note: the shearling is more even, uniform and plush than the photo- the picture would insinuate that its like an ugg boot shearling and it is not at all. I believe there is a previous review that mentions this, and she has pictures! Note 2: I ordered a size down as recommended and the fit is quite comfortable. Enough room for a light/medium sock option (which I also received as a present!)
All in all, great boot, I am pumped to wear these for years and years like all the reviewers say they will last :)
