I'm giving these boots 3 stars, because the fit is off; in addition, the shearling does not extend into the foot/toebox. These boots fit strange around the ankles and heel. Slightly large on the left and more snug on the right. I found that annoying. I was very disappointed to discover no shearling in the foot. I was thinking toasty warmth Ugg style, and these boot did not provide that. I waited an unacceptable amount of time for these boots to come back in stock. Winter is over, and I sent them back. Others may enjoy the classic style of this boot. I had them as a teen, and they were built to last.

I bought these boots for both my girls - one 18 and in college, the other 14 anf in 9th grade. They LOVE these boots! They are all the rage in both high school and in College (Virginia Tech). They wear them only half laced up with any outfit. This was a great mom buy.

I am in love with these boots. They were a Christmas present for which I had to wait b/c they were backordered but they were totally worth the wait. They are comfy and warm. The shearling lining is so soft and squishy it makes my feet very happy. The dark brown color gives them an updated look while maintaining the original style of the boot. They are very well made and I can see them only getting better the more worn in they get. I was surprised by how big they ran but I stuck to the sizing recommendation and got a 6 instead of my normal 7. I live in Utah now but every time I even look at these it takes me back home.
These boots are warm, comfortable, light-weight. In winter I do a lot of walking on icey paths and driveways. Wearing these boots I feel safe; they have excellent traction, and I can sense the surface under my feet, as the soles are not too thick and they are flexible, even in the cold. The only problem is that they are lace-ups, and they are a bit awkard where they lace above the instep..
