I have several of these affordable fitness fleece quarter-zip pullovers and plan to buy more. The colors are cheerful and they provide just the right amount of warmth. They are great for layering and hold up well in the wash. They are perfect for a casual weekend or light hiking on a day trail. The slightly fitted look is a plus and works well with the L.L. Bean vests.
This top layer is awesome, sleeves and body are longer than t's. The pocket is great for keys .Zipper doesn't catch when pulling it over your head. The cut is flattering. I tie mine around my waist when jogging and it doesn't slip. It does kindof pill a bit so doesn't keep the original smooth look but as a practical comfortable everyday garment it's the best!
Purchased 4 of these tops based on the rave reviews. Immediately starting pilling all over my other clothes and furniture. The material is inferior in my opinion. Very disappointed. LLBean always had standup products that would stand the test of time. In this case I have to return them.
I am a fleece addict. I own several Northface Fleece Tops, and I find that this LL Bean Top exceeds them. They are such a warm Top and wash very well. This is now the only Fleece Top that I will buy. I suggest everyone to try this top. I am sure that by no means you will be disappointed by any means.
