This is fine in my true size over a t-shirt or similar inner layer. The body shape is flattering with a true raglan sleeve. This is a light-weight fleece (especially compared to the Comfort Fleece) and is not brushed on the inside, which does make it easier to slide on and off.
I own several of these (as do my friends) and they are too short in length. My husband, who is average in height, buys his in the TALL section to get extra length.
