I love wearing the fitness fleece when the outside temps are from the low 40s to the mid 60s, which for me is usually fall and spring. With one of the Thinsulate vests over top, I can extend wear to almost freezing temperatures. I especially like the fitness fleece for travel, as it weighs little, packs thin, keeps me warm at the temps above, and dries quickly. It's also my first choice for casual days at home.
I'm 5'4 1/2", weigh in mid 130s, and take a medium in the fitness fleece. I prefer the fitness fleece over the comfort fleece, as the comfort fleece is a struggle to put on and take off.
ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, feels great!
I have three of these so I guess that tells you how much I like them! They're lightweight but yet warm. I've had one for a couple years and it still looks great. I know I'll be buying more . . . :)
I've worn these fleece pullovers and jackets from Maine to Florida to Idaho and the weight is perfect for chilly mornings and layering. Love the pocket zip for a key and the fit is feminine without being tight. Every year I ask for more for Christmas and I hope they stay available for years!
This is only my second time to be able to wear these shirts during our first cool front, and it is very comfortable. One minor complaint I have is I have to pick off small pieces of lint that stick to my bra. Hopefully, this will improve with more washings. Another detail I would prefer not to have is the upper arm zipper. Perhaps a younger person would have a use for it, but I do not. Overall, though, I will encourage others to try these very comfortable shirts.
