A while back, I ordered one of these in a bright, happy yellow I don't see offered now. I never wore it, as I was thinking it was meant to be worn over something else, like a turtleneck, but I didn't like the way the jacket felt over tops I already owned. Then just recently I ordered a silk pointelle scoopneck. I put the previously neglected jacket on over the silk, and just loved the way it glided on and felt so light and comfortable, but still warm. I want to order some more of these jackets -- but only to be worn over my Bean silks, as I call them. Also looking at one of the fitness fleece vests to go over the jacket(s) as many reviewers have suggested (as if I need more vests, but one more won't kill me).
Love the softness of the fleece, and also the little zipper pocket on the sleeve.....just perfect for an ID card. I ordered the yellow one, and only wish the yellow color had been brighter.
