I'm a woolly person. Knits, all sorts of natural fibers, BUT... someone invented this type of fleece which works so well for many things. This one is VERY lightweight, no warmer than an ordinary sweater. Needs no ironing, yay! I'm getting a little older and pudgier around the middle, and it fits well, perhaps b/c it has a lot of stretch without sagging even one bit. This fabric takes nice, bright colors, too, so enjoy! Oh, PS, it's definitely light enough to layer nicely.
Although llbean offers heavier fleece wear, this specific pullover is of a rather light weight. I like this because it's warm, yet a perfect top to wear by itself with jeans or sweats. It's also very comfy.
I live in the mountains of Utah so I need to wear warm clothes most of the time from October through May. This top is perfect for working out or just wearing around the house. It is nice and soft to the touch.
