I bought this fleece as a light layer for cold running days and for casual outing days. The slight tailoring to the sides means it's nice enough looking to wear with a pair of casual pants and of course it's great with running tights. It breathes enough so if you sweat you won't get cold but it will block the wind a bit if you bike in it. The light weight makes it a nice layer with a vest or heavy storm jacket.
This fleece is light weight and fits well. I sometimes wear a medium and sometimes a large. This medium fits perfect over a long sleeve T-shirt so layering is not a problem. I'm an older women 5'2 with a 38" bust
