Though I was thoroughly impressed with LL Bean's extraordinary customer service and how nice the phone reps are, the quality of this fleece fabric is not good. It started pilling the first time I wore it and the fabric doesn't "hold up", is rather wimpy. The color online was not representative of the actual color; I'd expected a rich chocolate brown and it was rather mousy.
I love this fleece. I bought a second one. The bright colors are great for winter. It is so lightweight it does not feel heavy or bulky. The small is roomy enough to wear a long-sleeve Bean Tee under, but still looks trim and neat. This is a winter-time standard for me!
I really like this pullover! I got the bright blue color and love it! The only downside I've found is that it does shed fuzz if rubbed against (e.g. wearing my seatbelt in the car). Will see what a few more washings do. It may just be the first few wearings? Other than that, I love the color and the fit! Nice for the price!
