I've bought these through the past couple of yrs and find the sizing totally unpredictable. I'm a size 12 and have found that one yr a medium fit, while the following yr medium ran small and I bought a large. I just received a large that I ordered and it's huge! I had a brick and mortar LLBean nearby so I could try things on. Now that it's gone, it's a real hassle trying to figure out what size works this year. Too bad, because I really enjoy this as an alternative to a sweater.
Very pleased with the fit and length, especially the color... Blue Thistle. Gorgeous shade of light blue. I was expecting this fleece to be much heavier, but I plan to keep it. I think it will be a great transitional piece for spring and fall.
I have had issues with the length of the sleeves in the past. LL Bean has since fixed that issue. The cut, color, sleeve length, and body length are all great. However, I can't get past the feel of the inside of the fabric. It is not soft at all. I seem to recall that it was soft in the past. In addition the underside of the sleeve pocket has rough edges in spots and that is really bothersome. Sadly, I am returning for these reasons. Too bad that LL Bean solved one problem only to swap it with another. Will try later if the softness throughout the garment comes back.
