I love these lightweight fleece tops, but I couldn't find a color I liked this year. The black was matte, not a sharp black. The sugarplum looked like a nice deep pink, but it was bubblegum pink. Now it's late in the season and few colors are left to try.
I purchased two of these fleeces last month - one full zip and the other quarter zip. I am very disappointed in the quality of fabric. The inside lining balled up just after one wash. They have so much static that no matter how much Static Cling I spray the fleece clings to my body. I have to wear an undershirt to combat this. After wearing them several times I have noticed the fabric attracts lint and other stuff that is difficult to remove even with a lint remover. I no longer wish to wear them. Should have paid $15 extra and purchased a proper North Face fleece that is so nice and comfortable.
This is a great piece of clothing. It's not too heavy and feels so soft. However, the "Sugarplum" color is PINK/mauve in appearance. Make no mistake about it.
I anxiously awaited the arrival of my new Fitness Fleece pullover. I had purchased a FF jacket a few years ago and I wear it all the time, mostly indoors because it is so lightweight. However, they have changed the fabric on these items. This lightweight jacket has a slick polyester knit backing on the inside..... very cold and uninviting, even with a shirt on under it! Back to the drawing board!
