I wanted to love these sheets. I purchased the floral pattern of them and liked the colors but would have preferred a less stylized floral design. After using them for about a year, the fitted sheet tore. I ordered another set, and in less than a year, the fitted sheet tore again. I thought the first set was a fluke. These are poor quality sheets, definitely not worth the price. I expected much better from LL Bean.

Beautiful sheets!

This is our second set of LL Bean sheets -- we bought the first set a couple years ago and they are wearing very well. They are smooth, cool, don't wrinkle much at all for 100% cotton. They are wonderful!
I should have trusted the reviews here when they said the colors on the web site were not the same as the actual sheet colors. I bought the Lake, what I got were very light blue sheets that look a lot more like the Powder Blue. Nothing at all like the bright blue on the product page, and they look terrible with my bright blue/bright green patterned quilt.
I'm really torn as to what to do. Does anyone have the Mid Blue? Can you describe that blue? I certainly don't trust what's on the product page. If I exchange and the Mid Blue isn't right either, I hate the thought of paying return shipping twice because of Bean's color inaccuracy.
