ProsDurable, Comfortable, you get what you pay for
After the first wash (before I used them), they seemed almost too 'crisp', but after use and the third wash, they are perfect. They show no signs of pilling, and I think they will last a long time.
I was looking for 100% cotton sheets with a lower thread count, as the high thread count sheets are too soft for me, wrinkle too easily, and don't keep their shape well between washings (pillowcases get way too wrinkled for my taste). These, on the other hand, are excellent.
I also bought some 340 thread count sateen sheets from here to try the difference, and I prefer these.
These sheets are really nice. Very comfortable, they fit my thick mattress very well. I would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that they wrinkle so easily. I have to iron the border of the flat sheet after each wash. I have to iron the borders of the pillow cases too. They do iron up quickly and easily though. They are incredibly comfortable and I plan to order another set soon.
I loved the color ( I bought the striped). Also love the texture. I have a king size bed with a mattress less then 10 years old and the king sheets are much bigger than the mattress. It has a pillow top and its still too big
Looked at many other options, and purchased LLBean's pima percales. Very glad I did. Finished beautifully; come out of the dryer smooth and neat; love the hemstitching. Worth the $$, without a doubt.
