Our old entry way rug was causing more clean up than we liked in the entry, it was over due for rug heaven. I was looking at the waterhog waffle rug howver my husband thought that might be to small for the area. Carpenters know their inches and can put this into the space and know for sure if the rug is a fit or not. We got the rug and he vaccumed the entry and put the rug down. He loved this rug so much we purchased the waffle rug for in front of the kitchen sink. He told me we will purchase all our rugs from LL Bean from now on. Next year the girls might get LL Bean rugs for Christmas.
ProsDurable, Performing as Expected, great absorbing ability
I purchased three large mats each a different color and pattern. We have a dairy farm with tons of foot traffic into and out of the house. I have found the mats to be exceptional!!! They clean-up nicely and the cleaner is able to suction up all the debris. I would highly reccomend these mats.
This review is for the medium size mat. When I dropped it in front of my front door, I laughed. It reminded me of someone wearing a pair of pants about 3" too short. Most homes in my area have 36" wide front doors. A 36" to 38" wide mat is visually and functional appropriate. A 31" wide mat just doesn't look right! I repacked it for return 5 minutes after I opened the box. No, I wouldn't consider the 58" wide mat--that's too big. The product designers ought to look at homes when designing something for homes.
