I bought it for my daughter in Boston where the cold can go right through you. When she got it she instantly said she loved the style and materials it's made of. It keeps her very comfortable!
I love this jacket so far. Granted, winter hasn't really set it yet, but I know it will keep me warm when it does! The fit is perfect...exactly what I expected. I'm short, so it covers my bottom, which I'm happy about but didn't know if it would. I'm not crazy about the fur trim on the hood, but I think I'll just take it off! I will get many years of wear from this coat.
I have only worn my new jacket once but I was very pleased. The jacket is very warm, it is not bulky, the hood is there if I need a quick head covering, and I really liked the fleece cuffs inside the sleeves. Overall this is a very nice jacket.
The jacket is wonderful. The sleeve length, overall fit, loved the color BUT the hood is awkward and cumbersome. The hood falls down over your face. I tried folding it back a little but nothing helped. It looks great on the model and in the photos but when I put it on I was disappointed. I wanted this parka so bad but the way the hood fit and felt on, I just had to return it.
