Besides being warm and comfortable, here are some other reasons I love this jacket. The zipper! Finally a double zip jacket with a quality YKK metal zipper that works! Nice deep warm pockets inside and out. Beautiful color. Inner cuffs in sleeves. I'm very happy with this jacket.

I LOVE THIS JACKET! I HAVE 3 LL BEAN JACKETS, BUT THE DOWN FILLED ONES ARE A LITTLE TOO HEAVY WITH MY ARTHRITIS. THIS JACKET I KNOW, IS DOWN FILLED BUT VERY LIGHT SO I KNOW I WILL LOVE IT, ESPECIALLY WITH A HOOD!
MY QUESTION IS: WHY DOESN'T LL BEAN MAKE THIS IS SIZE 1X???

I just got this 3 wks ago before I went to WY where it is super cold. I was in weather below the promised 20 degrees and it still kept me warm. I love the zip up pockets on the outside and the inside pockets. I also love the adjustable hood; it really came in handy as I had to make it a little smaller to be able to see anything while I was shoveling snow. Very warm and comfortable, I highly recommend it.

Love this coat! I ordered a size Large and it is nice and roomy. I normally wear a size 12 jean. I think the medium would've been a closer fit, however I like to layer and the large size allows that without feeling constricted. It's very comfortable and not overly "puffy". We just had a major winter storm and the coat kept me pretty warm, especially with the hood pulled up and snapped. I bought the black, looks great. Would buy again especially if they had red.
