Today is Dec. 31 in Los Angeles and it's pretty cold outside, unusally cold for us here. So, I put on my nice warm coat to take the dog to the park and throw the ball. After a few minutes, I can feel the cold along my upper back. I would not rate this coat as 15 degrees. However, the fit is good, and I do recall this coat keeping me warm during a 55 degree chilled night. It doesn't really get all that cold, so I've had this coat for sometime, but never tested it until today. I've been happy with it, until today.

I bought this jacket as a Christmas gift for my daughter and when it arrived I was very pleased with the quality of the construction and the appearance. When she opened her present she thought I had paid twice the price for such a quality jacket that was so warm and so comfortable.
