I couldn't be happier!! The color is great and the fit is perfect. It is so warm and just what I needed to walk the dog in below zero temps. It is ideal for my petite body. Thanks a lot!
I am very pleased with this jacket. It is light weight yet warm and cozy. It is very generously sized - don't order a size up. I am not crazy about the fur hood but it is removable. I have had a few feathers poking though but nothing major....just hope it won't get worse after washing.
I purchased this coat for husband last year and he was so happy with it I actually tried it out myself (I looked like a little kid with daddy's coat on) and it was so much better then the down coat I had. I decided to purchase one for myself. It came the same day of the first of several winter storms to hit our area. It is sturdy and so very warm. I love the fabric and all the pocket access. The hood is sized right and not too small like so many others. I own German Shepherd Dogs and train rescue dogs for Therapy work so I am in the elements daily both day and night. As I live in a rural area where high winds are an issue I have never had a better coat for warmth and protection. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who is in need of serious warmth and protection for the winter elements. Thank you for providing such a great product.
I agree with a number of posters who say, "please don't change the styling of this coat!".
I am a petite (5'1"), curvy (in top of my "healthy weight range) woman. I wear an LLBean petite Medium in just about everything. However, having tried on many jackets in my local LLBean store, I was very frustrated because most of them were too snug around my hips/bottom. This jacket fits wonderfully! I suppose if you have narrow hips or a more athletic build, this jacket won't suit you as well as others -- but just about every other coat out there will fit you, and they don't fit me!!
