This coat is the best! The purple color is great, not too bright. It fits perfect, I ordered a medium petite. I am 5'1", around 140 lbs. I am partially disabled, and the coat is easy to put on. The length is good, plenty of give in the shoulder area.The sleeves are not too long, and there is a ribbing the helps keep the breeze and snow from going up your sleeve. It is very warm, we get a lot of snow where I live and do not need a sweater under this coat. I know other's have had trouble with the zipper, but I have not, I actually like having the option of unzipping the bottom while in the car. You just have to make sure you have the teeth on the zipper lined up correctly when you zip it up.. If I had any issues with the coat, it would be the fur strip on the hood. Too bushy, hard to see around it when the hood is up. But I was able to zip it off, and give it to my cat to play with!
Bought this for my friend. and IT FIT! Am so glad it did. in men's clothes it is sm. med. larg. etc. with the women's section its waist , bust size, arm length etc. so I am a good guesser. Plus it is as advertised; warm, comfortable, and light. thanks for being such a great company.
I am a full time dog walker in Boston; this is my go to coat during the winter. As a matter of fact, I put it to such good use I own three of them….the long, the stadium, and the jacket.
If you are looking for a coat which will keep you toasty warm during the harshest days….look no further. And the hood is the absolute best. Keeps the wind and elements off my face while giving me good vision to dodge city traffic!
