I loved the way this jacket felt! The down is substantial, and the quality of the jacket part is good. But the hood...! The faux fur looks kind of mangy, and the large patch of velcro sticks out in a an unattractively noticeable way. The jacket is boxy and functional looking, and I was ok with that, for the price and the quality feel, but I need the hood and it just wasn't acceptable.

This jacket is just as described - warm and snuggly. The blue color is gorgeous! Great jacket for cold weather. Purchased this jacket for a trip to the northeast in January. I was never cold in the wind or snow. I was afraid it would be too warm at times, but it wasn't and I got a lot of wear out of it on my trip. It will be perfect on our really cold days here in Atlanta as well.

This jacket was all it was described and then some. Very well-made, good quality, and nicely designed for blustery weather. The hood extends a little farther forward than most, protecting my face completely when the snow is blowing and spitting. On nicer days, the fur can be removed. The 2 way zipper is very nice, especially when driving. Really a nice coat at a very reasonable price!

Nice jacket, very warm, not bulky. As other customers have mentioned, the jacket does run 1 size large. I ordered the size I usually wear, and had to send it back for a size smaller. The smaller size fit perfect! I would reccommend this to anyone, looking for a warm jacket. I also like that the hood detaches.
