LOVE this coat!!! It is perfect in very cold and also great in rain and somewhat cool...like we see in Oregon. Wish I had bought the gloves to match! This is the greatest coat!! I ordered the Periwinkle .... it is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Purchased this to replace my 90's down filled coat. It turned out to be a great choice. Remarkably soft, comfortable, and very warm, although my winter has not been very cold to adequately judge its warmth fully. Love the fleece at the end of the sleeves. The side pocket openings are slightly smaller than I am use to, but totally fine as they are roomy and zip for security. Perfectly pleased with this jacket. Thanks L.L. BEAN!

Love the weight and fit of this jacket but the big hood almost completely covers my face when tightened. The color is great, but I wear a hat and scarf instead of the hood.
