I took off the fur hood thing right away--it hung in my face. Had problem figuring out the double zipper pull but your customer service helped me. Still prefer one zipper pull. Jacket is warm, easy to get on and off and not too bulky.

I am so glad I bought this jacket. it is very warm, and fits nicely over a heavy sweater. The hood is one of the best parts, when the cold wind starts blowing, I put the hood up and my face stays nice and warm. It looks great for both work (visiting nurse) and play. Its one of the best jackets I've ordered from LLBean.
Bought this for my 87 year old mother in the light periwinkle - a beautiful color! She just loves it. Very warm,, comfortable but lightweight. True to size and the color looks great with her silvery hair. It's a winner!
