I followed the instructions exactly....using cold water in a delicate cycle and drying at a very low temp with a tennis ball, and am very disappointed as now the coat is not puffy at all.....I don't know what to do....u it does not look like a down coat now......

Exactly what I expect from LLBean. Warm, long enough to cover my backside, and I love that the fur is removable. Toasty with just a long sleeve shirt underneath. Inside phone pocket is actually big enough for my smartphone, and the other zippered inside pocket is big enough for a decent size wallet. Was in the single digit wind chills today with a steady wind and I didn't feel a thing!
Extremely warm and comfortable to wear while walking my dogs around our community lake. I specifically want to say unlike most, this jacket is not swollen making me look like the Marshmallow Man.
