Loved the quality and the playful "fur". I got if for my 14-year old daughter in brown and she loved it!!! She said she will feel warm AND stylish when we travel this winter!

I bought this coat because it was a very good price!! I was really worried about the sleeves not being long enough based on other reviews plus I have owed a down coat(not llbean)that had the same issue. I was very excited when I put my large on and the sleeves are wonderful!!! I Love the fleece cuff inside, and they really are not short at all! I am 5'4" , pear shaped weigh about 170, so I am a little fluffy so I was also a little worried that the coat would be snug at the rear, but no it again fits great, and there is plenty of room for sweaters or sweatshirts underneath. Also I find the coat to be very warm, that is with a long sleeve shirt underneath, on super cold days, I am sure I will need maybe another layer.. ( I am always cold).
My advice to people around my average height that weigh between 120 and 150 (like i used to :D) would probably want to go with a medium tho, other wise the coat would probably be too roomy, like I said before I have xtra padding in the rear so this was great... but I could see how the coat being drafty in the bottom like other reviewers said could be a problem. I LOVE THE COAT!! My next coat when I can afford it will be the Baxter State Parka... but I am in no rush thanks to this Ultrawarm Jacket!!
I wanted this to work. I've been thinking about getting a puffy down jacket for two years now, and I finally decided on The Ultrawarm Jacket. It looked really cute and was priced more reasonably than some of the other brands. But as most of the reviews stated, it has a very boxy fit. I am a petite small. At first I thought maybe I should return it for an XS, but the arms and shoulders would probably be too tight. I was on the fence about the way it looked from the front view...but when I turned for a side profile, it had a boxy look also! I'll be returning this...hopefully I can find something a little better fitting.
