Fabulous jacket. I always get my down jackets from LLBean. Had to retire my previous one (after 20 yrs of use!), still have my vest (35 yrs later!). This jacket is toasty warm, soft soft soft, sizing allows for layer underneath. Love it! Thanks Mr. Bean!!
I bought this coat in the dark raspberry color because in the picture it looks dark red. However, this coat is very pink, not red at all. Once I got over the initial disappointment in the color, the coat itself is wonderful. Very warm and very lightweight. I like that coat so much, that despite that fact that its pink, I kept it and wear it daily.
I love this jacket and am so glad I purchased it. It's warm and comfortable and the zipper seems strong and reliable - very important to me. I like the way it looks too. I just got it a couple weeks ago and have worn it on some 25 degree days, but it hasn't gotten real cold yet to test further.
