I ordered this item in petite, bottle blue color. It arrived promptly and the color is exactly as represented. Love the style and quality, the only issues relate to sizing. I am very short; the sleeves on the petite were approximately 1 1/2 inches too long; fortunately, I was able to shorten them (by hand hemming) without disturbing the button tab. The other issue relates to the hood. These are always too long and hang over my eyes, but this one is not quite as bad as others I have had. I solve the problem by wearing a baseball cap under it.
I bought this raincoat a few months ago and it's great. We get a fair share of messy weather where I live and this coat stops the rain and wind. One improvement I would suggest is to add something to the inside of the cuffs to stop the water from getting in around your hands/wrists.
I love(d) this nice red coat, emphasis on the past tense. I wore it for the first time this week, wore it three days in a row, and on the fourth day someone at the gym helped herself to it and I was caught in the rain that evening without it. I was really looking forward to testing it in the rain for the first time! Because I liked it so much, I'll buy another one. The only quibble I had was the hood was a little short, but I do have a long neck. The fabric and lining had a nice light feel, which would be just right for wet muggy summer days.
The sleeves are too long for a petite coat. I have bought other brands of petite coats and their sleeves are fine. This is across the board a problem with the coats/jackets sold by LLBean. Also the zipper is very difficult to work. The coat is nice otherwise.
