This is the only raincoat that I can wear and know that I will not get wet. I had the same one, lost it, and immediately ordered another. Not only does it protect you from head to toe, but it is actually quite stylish, particularly in black. I have had several people ask me where I got it and say "It even looks cool". I can't recommend it more highly.
I bought this coat four years ago in Medium. It was rather roomier than I really needed, and a Small would probably have been fine. But at the time, I was in the habit of wearing a belt-bag everywhere, which added bulk, so I figured it was a good idea to keep the coat. And it was! Great fit, roomy, looked great, kept me warm and dry. Well, I've given up the belt bag, so I thought it was time to get a new coat, in Small this time. Unfortunately, a few design changes have made the coat much less attractive, particularly the stiffer fabric and less drapey fit. I really wish the old design were still available! I'm going to send it back and continue to wear my Medium despite the fact that it's rather large on me. Come on, folks, change it back! I'll gladly buy it again!
Bought this coat earlier in the year. Indeed an all weather coat suitable for PA's crazy climate. Washed it for the first time. Perfect results. Wash it and let it dry on a plastic hanger. Wrinkle free.
This is my second purchase of this coat, my previous was about 10 years ago and I managed wear it out. It washes very easily, (take the lining out) and is ready to wear the next day. The new one has added attractions, cell phone pocket, and better snaps. I had green before and this time Blue. Both colors are extremely true to the color you see in the catelog. My only suggestion would be to work on the zipper mechanism, as it is sometimes hard to line them up to zip the coat. Sort of frustrating. But overall a great purchase.
