The quaility if this raincoat is excellent. it definitely keeps the water off. The only criticism I have is that while the body of the trenchcoat is lined the sleeves are not. You arms get cold unless you are wearing something warm. I would not recommend wearing just a blouse under this if it is chilly out. The material seems to freeze up. The wool lining can be misleading in this respect.
