Quality product, shipped fast, great for mudroom space. However, assembly instructions are a nightmare to follow--diagrams are not clearly marked-parts B and C are reversed - and do not match up w/ details. This makes for a very frustrating and longer than anticipated assembly!
We have had this in our entryway for 3 years now and we receive compliments every time someone comes over. It is great for little kids to keep all their stuff nice and organized and looks so nice. It's so easy to grab shoes, jackets and backpacks and Go! The only downside is that it is too small for an older child's things but perfect until they are 9 or 10. If I would change anything about it I would make the "cubbies" larger with 2 hooks instead of 1 and have it come in a variety of sizes to accomidate smaller or larger families (I would love one that had 4 spaces)
We bought the locker about 2 months ago and absolutely love it. It's solid, looks great and since we've bought it our messy closet has been completely transformed. Each of our kids has a side of the locker and I use the third one for my handbag, sunglasses, keys etc. It is too small for adult jackets (we knew that) but perfect for young children. Since we liked the locker so much we also bought the entry bench and it's transformed our entryway. We bought both in Garden Green and, even though green is not my favorite color, this Garden green is really nice and works really well for us. Another great buy from LL Bean!
Assembley instructions were not totally accurate, but we called customer service and they faxed over the corrected version. Since it was built, it looks great and is sturdy.
