The colors are bright and true, the weave provides a bit of cushioning underfoot---so far, so good! I haven't tried washing the rug yet, but if it washes as well as the instructions indicate, I'll be thrilled. I'm already planning on purchasing a second one.
This new rug (1/3/2009) was thinner than rugs received in the past. Also, I preferred to have the nonslip pad included rather the backing on the rug itself -- washes better.
We bought the vacationland hooked rug with the yellow lab jumping off a dock. It is well made, and the colors are vibrant. We bought it especially for our dog to lay on and she took right to it. It's thickness is just right and it doesn't curl up on the corners. An excellent product and we highly recommend it.
