The rug is very beautiful and country like but the backing looks like it will not hold up to a washing. I had this rug before and loved it but it fell apart in the wash, so I worry about this one too but it looks great in any room.
Seems very sturdy and that it will last years of non-extreme weather conditions (San Diego). Colors are vivid, quality is good...really brightens up the area, makes me smile :)
