ProsDurable, Comfortable, Performing as Expected, a necessity
These are good basic wellies. They are well made and I am confident they will last for years and years. As other reviewers have pointed out, they do run a tad small. I ordered my normal size and wear a light sock. If you are going to want to use a liner or wear a heavy sock, order up.
I've been meaning to order these for a while and I'm glad I finally did. Very comfy, nice thick sole, and perfect fit. I'm a "true" 6.5, and I ordered the 7. Decent amount of room for a pair of socks, or not (I often go barefoot in them, for mucking in the garden). Ordered blue, love the color. Also loads of room for me to tuck a pair of jeans in, which is great. Thanks, L L Bean, nice boot, great price!

These boots are comfortable and a good price. I usually wear a 5.5 but ordered the 6 and they fit great. I can tuck my jeans into the boots and wear knee-high socks and the fit is very comfortable. Nicely padded on the sole so I can wear them without getting tired feet.
I bought these boots because I wanted something to wear on my bike commute that would keep my feet dry on a rainy day. I wore these boots with biking capris in a huge rainstorm, and when I got home I had to dump out puddles of water that had accumulated at the bottom of these boots -- the rain runs down your legs into these boots. So the moral of the story is, you have to wear rain pains that cover these boots or else your feet will get soaked. And these boots take a long time to dry out.
