These are so cute and great. Love the polka dots! I get a lot of compliments as well. Just make sure to wear socks or the warmers because your feet will sweat.
I did a great deal of searching for the perfect wellies and I made the right choice. Love the price, love the color (hunter green) and the fit. I am a size 8 and I ordered an 8 based on what other reviewers said and they fit great with room for socks when it gets colder. They have a nice arch support and keep me nice and dry when I walk the dogs. Now I need to get the blue wellies with the ducks!
I think Wellies are a great addition to the city-dweller's wardrobe. They are cute and great for walking without concern for wet feet and legs. My last pair was from another company; the rubber cracked (it seemed to get dry rot) after a few years of wear. So I was eager for the quality and guarantee LLBean is known for. While the Wellies were certainly good quality and had a cute design, they weren't flexible like my older pair and were large around the ankle. This made it difficult to walk with ease. The shaft height is also a good number of inches shorter than many competitors', including my old pair, and I prefer mine to reach to just below my knee cap. I'm petite, so they would be even shorter on the calf of a tall person. I decided to return for these reasons.
