These boots are phenomenal. I bought them to replace another brand that cracked after a short time and left me with wet feet. My use is heavy duty: I hike 5 miles a day, three times a week on the wet, yucky Iditarod Trail with my dog. These boots are flexible - no pain or discomfort after long hikes - and NO wet feet. I'm sometimes up to my calves in mud and yuck but the boots stand up to the test. Worth every penny!
Great boot...kept my feet and calves completely dry....easy to tuck pants in...great traction...a little difficult to get off and my heal which is a little narrow slips up a bit, even with a medium thick sock...but on pretty long walks on pavement it didn't really bother me or cause me any discomfort.
I bought my striped Wellies 4 years ago and have received numerous compliments on their looks. I use them in the city about 15-20 days a year. Recently, I found my socks wet when I came home from the rain but couldn't figure out where the leak was. Perhaps its time to order another pair.
I have these wellies in the Moose print. During the winter I put them on with a pair of Thorlo socks and they kept my feet warmer than my Uggs. AND not everyone owns a pair of Moose wellies. They're cuter than my Uggs and they're easier to keep clean!
