My five pound Chi-Poo could not wait until I took her new bed out of the box. She loves it so much that she growls at my other dog (9 pound Maltese) if he goes near it and she will not let him use it! I should have bought the larger size one so they could share!
The description showed 26", and I thought that that would be fine, however the bed was so small it was ridiculous. It was shipped all scrunched up and would not even lay on the floor correctly. I guess if you have a very, very small dog it would be o.k. I am sending this item back.
It's only been a week or so, but both my dog and I love her new bed. It's good looking and the fleece lining seems to really appeal to our little dog. I have a hard time keeping the cat out of it though.
