I have two 9 lb shih tzus that I ordered this for. I originally got the smaller size and returned it because the dimensions given are incorrect. It is actually smaller than stated. We waited a few months for the backordered larger size but it was well worth the wait. The puppies just love it! It is their favorite place to nap. It is so comfy that my kids have begged me to order one for them!
My 2 Maltese siblings, now have two of these beds! Their first bed was given to them for their Birthdays and they loved it. They would head downstairs in the morning and climb right in. (they used to wait until I went down for the day!) Just purchased a second one for the bedroom. They snuggle together in the bed or since they are so small they each can take a side! So far they have held up just fine. The beds looks great in any room, but most important the dogs love sleeping in them or hanging out in them.
Our basset puppy loves this bed, he puts his chin on the fleece edge and falls right to sleep. He feels safe if it with his back against the fleece walls. The front opening makes it easy for him to jump in and out of. Being a puppy, he has chewed on it, but because of the quality of this Wicked Good Bed, you cannot tell. This bed lives up to it's name. Received the bed in a timely fashion, email updates as to when it was coming. Our pugdog loves it, he snuggles right down in it. Looks very good in our livingroom. Very well made.
