My sweet, sweet Westie loves this bed. We got her from a Boston Shelter about two months ago and have been waiting for this bed to come in from back order. I wasn't sure she would like it, but she has made it hers. The bedding is soft and plush. Much better quality than anything I've seen in the pet stores. Within the first few hours, she carried her favorite toy over to the bed and put the toy in the bed. I guess she likes it! Thank you for a good product. It was definately worth waiting for. PS. My dog weighs 15 pounds and fits perfect as she curls up when she sleeps.
With 6 dogs, and several seniors, finding good dog beds is always a challenge - either they are poorly made, or REALLY UGLY. These beds are very nice. The foam is decent, the fabric is lovely and durable. It also washes VERY WELL and does not shrink - another pet peeve of mine is wrestling to reassemble the darn things after cleaning them.
The style is subtle and goes with most decors. Another bed came today and my senior female was in it within 2 minutes of putting it out.
Since my guys like the sides to snuggle with - I buy these kind - but I suspect the others like this would be nice, as well. If you have a really large dogs - they have to be able to curl up pretty tightly in order to get into the 27" size - that's what I get for the 25 - 30 pound cockers.
Enjoy these well made and attractive beds - I know my dogs do. (That's probably why they seem to be hard to keep in stock!)
