I have bought many of these shirts over the years and this is the first time in my opinion one of them would not qualify as wrinkle resistant. I bought the short sleeve in blue aster and it definitely needs a good touch up with the iron. The fabric also seems heavier. However, since many of the ones I have bought in the past still come out of the dryer in excellent shape I hope this colour/fabric is just an error.
I bought this shirt looking for one that would let me stay cool during the summer with my activities. I must say, this is one of the softest, nicest, shirts that I have ever purchased from L.L. Bean. I find myself grabbing it to wear all the time. It would be nice if L.L. Bean could offer this shirt in a stripe pattern. If so, I would be first in line to get one.
