This is a nice addition to the camper/fluffs up well, nice and thick. price can't be beat. I'm sure the grandkids will love jumping onto this,and so will I since I'm not interested in 'roughing it'
Saw many of the other review mentioned being poked by feathers. I thought the same thing when I took this out of the package. Once I put it inside the cover, no worries. I bought these for all three of my daughters and they all find it very comfortable.
I weekly fluff and turn over my newly purchased featherbed, but that first night of sleep after the fluffing, I usually spend a few minutes wincing and turning, trying to find a spot that doesn't have a quill poking out. It usually takes a few minutes during that first night to remove all the offenders, but after that, the bed is very cozy and toasty.
