This was my sons first River Driver's shirt and he absolutely loves it. He has just started to appreciate the benefits of wool in colder damp weather. He likes how the inner cotton layer prevents the "itchy feel" that wool can give you. It has been a staple in my cold weather clothing for over 40 years and it's nice to know this great product is still available for him to use. By itself it really helps take the edge off of a cool/cold day and layered it can't be beat for the really cold stuff. From looking at the quality in the construction of this shirt, it will last him for many years to come.
Feels great. Fits great. Looks great. Wearing this under my 'bean polartec jacket and I'm good to temps into the low 30's (at least that is as low as I've been so far!).
