Quality is great, stitching, zipper etc. Even the wheels are quiet and fun, however when being wheeled the straps drag on the floor. First day of school and the straps are dirty. It would be great if there was a cover when wheeling and reveal straps to place on back.
My son loves the wheels. I like the fact it was big enough to hold all his school supplies that he needed to take to school for the first day. It was roomy and sturdy.
My 6.5 yr daughter is no weakling but this backpack is way to heavy for her. She wheels it most the time, but must lift it on occasion (using loop), up 2-3 stairs, to park it amongst others. If placed on her back it is completely unsuitable. I will be replacing it. Very disappointed.
