I bought each one of my sons the rolling critter pack and they love them. The wheels light up when it rolls. It has a lot of pockets for storage. I wish it were a little bit bigger because in the winter they put their ski pants and extra mittens in it. Great job!!
We bought one of these when they first added the light up wheels. My 9-year old used the blue pack for 4 years and it still looks like new (except wheels no longer light up), but the handle is too short for him now. I just bought the red one for my 6 year old son. One wheel wasn't lighting up very well, so I tightened it a bit with an Allen wrench. Now it works perfectly. I am fairly certain that this backpack will outlast my son's ability to use it because of the short handle. Still, 3 years of use is fine. His previous backpack only lasted one year.
We wanted to buy something durable for our son to use as a carry on for our trip to Disney. So far we tested it on a trip to Grandma's and it passed with flying colors. It has several small pockets with zippers and a mesh pocket for a water bottle. He loves that the wheels light up. We are very pleased with this purchase.
