My original lunch bag broke soon after my son started using it this year, I called LL BEAN and they quickly shipped another one~monogramming included and expedited shipping (w/out even waiting to get the defected one back), I was pleased with this and I quickly sent them the broken lunch bag. Hopefully this one will last as long as others I have purchased from LLBEAN in the past.
My seven year old grandson loves his 'gecko' lunchbox and just had to have his initials on it. Several of his second grade friends have the same 'gecko' design, so they have to open each others box - not Nick though - he knows his for sure and for him that is good.
My son was very happy and couldn't wait to use the the Tarantula Critter Lunch Box. I found that it has plenty of room for his lunch, drink and Ice pack without having to squeeze it in. Quality is exceptional!
The lunch box is really cute and it's a good size for a healthy lunch. It would be nice if it had a more rigid structure; sometimes things get squished.
