Although I'm an adult, I bought the Critter Lunch Box for myself, to bring my lunches to work. I got the flamingo one, and it is as pictured. It keeps my lunch cold for the 45 minutes - 1 hour between home fridge and work fridge, and it seems well made and sturdy after several months of use. The whole inside is one big compartment, so I can put large plastic containers in it (although they should be spill-proof, if you need to put a large bowl in on its side). The outside compartment is nice for napkins, tableware, etc. There's also a mesh pocket inside against one wall, to separate out small things from the rest.
This was a gift for my granddaughter. The quality is superb! The bright color is appealing to all ages. The large zippered area provides easy access for small children.
My nephew loves it! It's just big enough for school luch and snacks on weekend trips. Easy to care for(the best part) and especially the color I wanted. He loves and so do I!
This lunch box is great. I upgraded both of my children from the traditional box to the critter box and love the additional space in the lunch box. I can pack their lunches, a drink bottle and a cold pack and nothing gets squished. The box is big enough for what it needs to hold, and small enough that my 5 and 8 year old can put it in their LL Bean back packs with their school supplies. If these ever wear out, I would buy them again!
