ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
Forget the scuffs; this gorgeous slipper is a bargain; love the neutral color; very elegant; fits my size 7/B width foot to perfection; warm and cozy; superb construction; this won't be the last pair I buy.
I was a bit hesitant to order these after having read some of the other reviews. I was concerned they would be too narrow. My feet aren't wide, but they aren't narrow either. I contacted Customer Service and was considering ordering the men's equivalent for more width, and I was advised to order the women's. The slippers are best worn without socks, which is exactly how I prefer to wear mine. They aren't too narrow at all. They are snug in a comfortable, fitting way. I can't wait to wear them in, but they don't even need it. Sorry to have hesitated!
These are a disappointment to me. Not comfortable. Made of Varnished split grain leather, not full-grain, not soft at all, poor last shape, Rubs my big toes, and won't stretch even with oiling..Insole is a type of rubber, is not removable. makes feet sweaty No good to a diabetic with a wider instep. Not Recommended, but easy 0n, easy off, for a person with a narrow (D) width with a quite narrow metatarsal arch (IE a woman). They have not stretched in three months, so they may never be a fit.
