I purchased this quilt for my daughter's room. I am very happy with the quality and beauty of it. I will be purchasing another quilt from LL Bean for another bedroom soon!
This is a beautiful quilt. The colors are bright and warm, and the quilt is very well made. It is substantial, an ideal weight for warmth over a blanket or comforter during the winter, and I anticipate that by itself it will work well during the spring and summer. Breathable, very comfortable, and makes the whole room look warm and inviting. Given the range of colors, I think it would work very well with almost any, if not any, color scheme. I'm very glad that it was brought back after being out of stock for awhile. Thanks, LLBean.
I had been thinking about buying a classic-styled quilt for some time, but had not found anything that remotely appealed to me. I new I wanted cotton, and I knew the design was important. When I received this quilt in the mail it was just as I had hoped. It is so rare to be able to find simple, high quality items these days. This quilt is sturdy, soft and warm. I have it over my new comforters and it works great as a shell on these cold winter nights. But I think it will be equally comfy this summer all by itself. This will be a lifetime favorite. It already is.
