I ordered the Flying Geese quilt for my baby's room. It had to double as a guest bedroom, and we didn't find out the baby's gender, either, so I wanted something that would be colorful and cheery for a baby or toddler and guests--a tough challenge! It is really perfect for the task, and I've had to wash it twice already after getting peed on and markered (shocker, I know), and it still looks great. I line-dried it and then used the dryer for 10 minutes on medium heat to soften it up, and that worked great. I also ordered the chenille braided rug in "Multi-Bright" colors and it coordinates perfectly!
I ordered this collectible quilt and pillow covers in the multistar pattern for my guest room - beautiful colors and very traditional appearance. The quality is outstanding (as is usually the case with LL Bean merchandise). The colors are even more vivid than they appear in the picture. The quilt is light-weight, a plus if you live in a Gulf Coast climate such as mine. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
We ordered the Flying geese pattern for our master, and it is so pretty! The colors are bright, but not overwhelming. It looks wonderful with the Seashore Cotton Blanket, color Sea Glass. This ensemble really livened up our tired room. The size is very ample for a king bed. the only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it is a bit heavy for our warmer southern temps.
