I ordered a wide and have not had trouble with LL Bean shoes in past. This was much too narrow and cut relatively low over the arch. Seemed like a nice shoe otherwise. Returned.
I wear a 13 narrow and hoped that these shoes would fit like the two pairs of Bean Comfort Mocs I have from the days when they offered them in narrow width. Alas, it was not to be. They were a little too wide in the heel and a little too short, though not by much. Aside from the bad fit, these shoes seemed awfully heavy. After wearing them around the house, I sent them back.
A little stiff now but I am sure they will get more comfortable as they are used. I will have dry feet when I walk the dog in or after a shower. Love the style.
